There are a lot of different reason why I started this blog. The biggest reason is because I want to share things with the world. Not everything as my life will still be private. I was also inspired by a couple different blogs that I read on a regular basis, you'll find the links below.
After looking at their blogs I thought it would be fun to blog about the things I like as well as share some of the things that I like and like to do.
The first blog that I read on a regular basis is dannychoo.com. As my close friends know and my readers will learn I am crazy about anime, manga and everything Japanese and Asian. So what a more perfect blog to read! The thing that I like the most about Danny Choo's blogs is that he is as much of a dork as I am when it comes to anime. Some how meeting or just reading about them online, other people who are as into the stuff you like as much as you are just seems calming. He also proved to me that you can get a job in the otaku industry and love it and succeed at it!
The second blog is one I recently discovered, Metanorn. This is a blog done by two friends and they focus mainly on anime and manga. I liked the color scheme of the page and all the pics at the top of the pages. The thing I learned from this blog is you don't have to be famous or an idol or have a professional career in the anime/manga/otaku industry to start a blog that is interesting.
My goal for my blog is to get at least some people interested in what I say ha ha! I know it won't happen over night but at some point followers would be nice. I also hope to enter a new blog at least once a week, more it I am lucky.
